Gather with us for a one-day event designed to empower, inspire, and celebrate success! This will be a time to break away from the noise and refocus on growing your business, professional skills, and building relationships with other women.

The Summit will feature two incredible guest speakers, a women in business panel, professional headshots, and plenty of opportunity to connect.

Our first keynote speaker is internationally certified master coach Lissa Qualls. Lissa will give a talk on conquering difficult conversations. A little about Lissa:  Lissa offers decades of multicultural, cross-functional, Executive Leadership experience to help you find your voice, leverage your strengths, and inspire your team to greater heights of success. Lissa’s previous clients include Directors and Boards of Directors from 18 different countries across North America, Central and South America, the Caribbean Islands, Africa, and the Middle East. In her journey across the globe, Lissa’s built successful teams of people with diverse backgrounds who are united under a common purpose and equipped for success.

Lissa’s lifelong experience as an entrepreneur required her to quickly learn effective communication habits and strategies in order to be successful. Whether it’s building a clinic in Haiti, starting schools in Rwanda, being the Executive Director of an international non-profit, or starting up a local coffee shop, Lissa’s mastered the art of turning potential obstacles into stepping stones. Now C-Suite Executives and international leaders at all levels benefit from her expertise through workshops and private coaching sessions.

We will also have Q&A with a Women in Business Panel featuring women in business from northwest Oklahoma. The panel will focus on best practices in their diverse industries and how they overcome obstacles and celebrate success. Panelists include:

? Jada Crosswhite with She Enid

? Mandi Cross with Triangle Insurance

? Nicole Winfield with Happy Hour Marketing

Followed by an inspirational talk by guest speaker Joni Nash. Joni encourages women to be bold and show up for their dreams. A little about Joni:  Born and reared on a small farm in Georgia, Joni took her southern roots and moved to Oklahoma as a college student. Graduating from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor of Science, and later obtaining a second degree in Biblical Leadership from Southwestern Christian University, Joni has worked in non-profit management for 18 years. While in college, Joni began her career in the auction business order to pay for her college tuitions. While maintaining a career in non-profit management, Joni continued to work as a free lance auctioneer aiding other non-profits in their fundraising efforts.

When recruited to serve as the Executive Director of the Pawhuska, Oklahoma Chamber of Commerce to promote economic development and job creation in Pawhuska, Joni relocated from south central Oklahoma to Osage County. During her tenure as Economic Development and Chamber Director, Pawhuska saw astonishing growth that she attributes to the opening of the famous Pioneer Woman Mercantile, and her community soon became one of the 15 Best Small Towns To Visit by Smithsonian Magazine and Southern Living Magazine.

Joni put down Oklahoma roots acquiring a small Osage County ranch and naming it after a five generation family name: The Coy T. Ranch. Joni’s ranch is home to a small herd of commercial cattle, hay crop, and a guest Airbnb cabin where she hosts guests from all over the country. After years of serving in civic leadership, Joni now travels full-time as both an independent-contract auctioneer specializing in benefit and non-profit fundraisers and a motivational speaker.
