The Oklahoma Minority Business Development Agency (MBDA) Business Center, operated by REI Oklahoma, assists clients that are U.S. minority business enterprises (MBEs) owned and operated by African Americans, Asian Americans , Hasidic Jews, Hispanic Americans, Native Americans, and Pacific Islander s with at least 51% control of the business. MBEs who utilize this Center will receive specialized assistance with:

  • Access to Contracts
  • Procurement Assistance
  • Bid Assistance
  • Business Matchmaking
