A small business budget is a projection of future revenue and expenses based on numbers from past months and years. Budgeting forces you to focus on business objectives and serves as a compass to know if you’re headed in the right direction. It can also help you navigate financial fluctuations. In this workshop we will discuss the steps to set up a budget for your small business that will help you reach your financial goals.
