Enid Women in Business events provide an opportunity to learn, promote leadership and cultivate profitable business connections. These sessions are the perfect place for women to come together to listen and support other women in business.

This luncheon topic: The Psychology of Money

As women in business, we need to understand how personal and business spending and saving is influenced by our history, habits, and hopes.  Does your money behavior represent your values?  In this session, you’ll discover tools for decision-making and how to recognize your money mindset, how you can reframe it, and how to adopt a profitable mindset.

Presenter:

Tina Herndon began her financial career managing three native not-for-profit loan funds and completed a financial counseling session with each loan closing. Recently, she served as the Financial Education and Training Manager for the national nonprofit financial counseling and education service, BALANCE, where one of her responsibilities was main presenter.

In 2022, she joined the Financial Empowerment team at Tinker Federal Credit Union (TFCU) as a Financial Educator. Tina earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from St. Gregory’s University and holds several financial health related certifications. After many years of serving on the Oklahoma Jump$tart Coalition board, she is leading the organization in the role of president. In her spare time, Tina enjoys spending time with her friends, family, and her cat, Jinxy.
